Negative temperature coefficient (NTC).The thermal chip material is made of oxides of high-purity transition metals Mn, Co, Ni and other elements through mixed ball milling, solid-phase reaction, pulverization, and isostatic pressing at 1200ºC~ 1400 ºC high temperature sintering; combined with advanced semiconductor slicing, electrode sintering, scribing process to make length 0.35 ~ 2.00 mm, thickness 0.15 ~ 0.60 mm The NTC thermal chip can be used to package into various types of NTC thermistor and NTC temperature sensor.
Features:1. Epoxy resin encapsulation, MF52A is CP (copper clad steel tinned) or copper lead, MF52B is enameled wire, MF52D is insulated lead.2. According to different uses and use environments, there are various design structures, which can meet various needs of customers.
